Eric Tagliacozzo

Eric Tagliacozzo is currently on study leave from Cornell University where he teaches Southeast Asian History. He is in Southeast Asia for the year, putting the finishing touches on one book (about the history of colonial-era smuggling in the region), and starting the research for another (on the history of the Hajj from Southeast Asia to Mecca). He is traveling between Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia until the middle of August, 2004.
